The hotel rooms were beautiful and oh so comfortable, spacious, and up-to-date, offering a great stay overall with friendly service and a fantastic location. However, the dining, while good, may be a bit pricey, and some facilities could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit warm and muggy requiring the thermostat to be set very low. The service was fantastic and accommodating, particularly with special requests. The location was ideal, close to the action but still quiet. The dining experience was good, with standout dishes available. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay was a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms definitely needed a good cleaning, with nail clippings and toilet paper on the floor. Few amenities were provided, like water, tea, or coffee. However, the location was fantastic, near hotspots like Harrah's Casino and Bourbon Street. The service was somewhat friendly but not the cleanest, and the dining was just alright but expensive. Overall, a somewhat disappointing stay with some positives and negatives.
The hotel rooms were nice but very small, lacking basic amenities like cups in the bathroom and comfortable pillows. The thermostat had to be set low to combat the hot and muggy conditions, and one elevator was out of service on a weekend.
